Becky Lynch attacking Sasha Banks' injured left arm on a RAW Special Live Event from New York City
INJURY UPDATE - A few days before defending her RAW Women's Championship against Becky Lynch, Sasha Banks suffered a slightly torn bicep in her left arm and despite doctor's orders to sit this fight out, Banks went threw with it anyway and the No Holds Barred stipulation that RAW General Manager Shawn Michaels placed on the bout didn't do any favors for "The Boss".
Throughout periods of the contest, the "Irish Lass-Kicker" constantly targeted the injured limb of the champ and exploited it to a tee with her devastating "Dis-Arm-Her" submission. Winning the title wasn't enough, the new Champion added insult to injury by applying the move on the outside of the ring, further injuring Banks.
We have just learned that "The Boss" has suffered from a complete torn bicep injury and she has undergone successful surgery to repair the tear after they successfully relocated her shoulder. The timetable for Sasha's return to the ring is 4-8 months.
